In the shadows of Mt. Hood, the Wittwer family transforms blueberries planted 30 years ago into some of the highest quality wine vinegar the world has to offer.
Our natural and delicious blueberries, grown in the shadow of Mount Hood, are handcrafted into a wine, then transformed into vinegar using the Orleans method, a centuries-old artisanal technique originating in France. The vinegar is then aged for a year in small oak barrels. Due to this extensive process, little production of true Orleans method vinegar exists in the U.S. Enjoy!
